We will be partaking in 1 minute intervals of things of your choice…
1 minute go and 1 minute move around and do stuff also known as active recovery for fifteen sets sets.
Pick 3 things and do fifteen sets total…
5 sets of each of 3 choices.

- ski
- run
- jump rope
- sled push
Any body weight…
- jumping jack options
- step up options
- squat thrusts
- burpees
- crawl options
Any kettlebell sport..
- single or double long cycle
- snatch
- jerk or push press
- Swings or cleans
