1 Minute Intervals
Thursday at The Training Room will be 1 minute intervals with 1 minute of active rest between each set.
We will pick 3 different items and complete 5 sets at each one.
Choose from any of the following items.
- Bike
- Row
- Ski
- Jump rope
- Burpee or squat thrust
- Any kettlebell sport movement
- Sled push or pull
Your active rest can be things that you want to work on, and keep you moving such as…
- Abs
- Light Bulgarian bag swings
- Farmer carry
- Mobility moves
- Mace swings
- Foam rolling
- Light movement on the item you’re using
- Rope flow
- Band work (think band pulls for shoulder health)
Let’s have some fun with this, push your gym friends and try to do some things you don’t normally do.
