Saturday is conditioning day…
We’ve got a very simple and efficient couplet session for you.
This one can be done just about anywhere.
Warm up with a two round 20/20 circuit.
We’ll will be doing two different couplets for 10 minutes each.
Couplet 1: Alternate between the two movements and get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes
- Kettlebell snatches 5/5 or kettlebell swings 10 reps
- Burpees or squat thrusts 10 reps
Rest 3 minutes
Couplet 2: Alternate between the two movements and get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes
- 10 Calories on the rower, ski erg or air dyne or 10 shuttle runs or double unders
- 10 air squats or drop squats
