10 Minute Conditioning Couplets

Monday is a conditioning focus, and since we have our Endless Summer Team Challenge coming up, these 10 minute conditioning couplets will give us a little taste.

Each couplet will be done for 10 minutes.

Alternate the exercises between each one performing the appropriate amount of reps listed.

Rest 2 minutes between each couplet.

Couplet 1

  • Ski erg 10 calories
  • Bike 10 calories

Couplet 2

  • Row 10 calories
  • Choice of 10 burpees, 12 squat thrusts or 15 slam ball

Couplet 3

  • Step ups 10/10 or lunges 10/10
  • 20 yard crawl or 20/20 mountain climbers
