10 Minute Conditioning Couplets
Monday is a conditioning focus, and since we have our Endless Summer Team Challenge coming up, these 10 minute conditioning couplets will give us a little taste.
Each couplet will be done for 10 minutes.
Alternate the exercises between each one performing the appropriate amount of reps listed.
Rest 2 minutes between each couplet.
Couplet 1
- Ski erg 10 calories
- Bike 10 calories
Couplet 2
- Row 10 calories
- Choice of 10 burpees, 12 squat thrusts or 15 slam ball
Couplet 3
- Step ups 10/10 or lunges 10/10
- 20 yard crawl or 20/20 mountain climbers
