It was an awesome morining. The surise was incredible this morning.
We had a hard working group of 20 out in the court yard with great traning conditions.
Hopefully these cool Am temperatures will hold up.
We started with some joint mobility and then did a two round kettlebell warm up.
Three couplets: 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 10 minutes at each couplet.
Couplet 1
- double kettlebell front squat or goblet squat/single or double kettlebell deadlift
Couplet 2
- Modified or regular rope climb or ring row/ring or regular push up
Couplet 3
- Power wheel rollouts/power whell knees to chest or Walkouts/bicycles
