The Milkman will be instructing a free one hour kettlebell and body weight introduction on 6/26 at 5pm in our Point Pleasant Beach location.

As for today, It’s strength day…
We will do 10 minutes of tow different couplets performed ladder style.
We will first warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
Here are your couplets.
Perform ladders of 1-5 or 2-10 reps alternating between the two movements in each couplet for 10 minutes.
We will rest for 2 minutes between each couplet.
- single or double kettlebell clean and press
- Pull-ups (any variation)
- Double or single Kettlebell or barbell Front sqauts
- Power Wheel rollouts or Walkouts
Finsher: Get this done as fast as possible
10-2 cals on the rower, ski erg or air dayne or 15-20 yard shuttle run / 2-10 squat thrusts or burpees
