10 Minute Strength Triplets
Tuesday is a great strength workout with a total body focus and some cardio for good measure!
Let’s get right to it!
Triplet #1
- 10 squat choice
- 10 pull choice
- 10 twist choice
Triplet #2
- 10 low back choice (supermans, hinges, hip bridge)
- 10 press choice
- 10 knee to chest or ab choice
Triplet #3
- 10 bicep curl choice
- 10 tricep choice
- 10cals,100JR, 50JJs, or 100yd. run
Finisher will be either max distance 500 Meter Row OR Pull Up Hold (bar or rings) for time!
