10 Minute Strength Triplets

Tuesday is a great strength workout with a total body focus and some cardio for good measure!

Let’s get right to it!

Triplet #1

  • 10 squat choice
  • 10 pull choice 
  • 10 twist choice

Triplet #2

  • 10 low back choice (supermans, hinges, hip bridge)
  • 10 press choice
  • 10 knee to chest or ab choice

Triplet #3

  • 10 bicep curl choice
  • 10 tricep choice
  • 10cals,100JR, 50JJs, or 100yd. run

Finisher will be either max distance 500 Meter Row OR Pull Up Hold (bar or rings) for time!
