Do 15 seconds of work/15 seconds rest for 10 rounds of:

  • kettlebell jerks r/l
  • kettlebell snatches r/l

Find your pace and stay there for all 10 rounds

If you can get 8/8, then it may be time to pick up a heavier bell

Yesterday, the Milkman and I tore up the court yard.

We only get to train together every so often, but when we do, we make sure to push the limits

Here’s part one of the workout. We started with kettlebell swings (32kg’s), 10 sets of 10.

This was a great warmup for what was coming up next.

Here’s Part 2 of yesterday’s training out in the court yard.
