- kettlebell snatches r/l
Take 1:30-2 minutes rest between jerks and snatches
Keep your reps consistent for all 10 rounds (20 sets)
If the number of reps you are doing isn't challenging you enough, pick up the pace. If that's still not challenging, it's time to pick up a bigger bell
