Here are two 10 minute couplets for you to try.

Alternate between the two movements and get as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes.

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell swings or snatches 10 or snatch pulls 10
  • Squat thrusts or burpees

Rest 2 minutes

Couplet 2

  • Row,ski or bike 10 calories
  • Slam ball 10 reps
