Tuesday is a continuous conditioning circuit! Sets of 10 reps for 10 Rounds!
Super simple and efficient. You will need one spot, one bell, a mat and a cardio option… and GO!
Here is your circuit for 10 Rounds!
- 10 snatches, snatch pulls, or High pulls from the ground
- 10/10 mountain Climbers
- 10 Alt. Back lunges
- 10/10 Twist or 10 Bulgarian twists
- 10 calories or 100JR
