It’s back!
Challenge day!
Your goal is to break your time from two weeks ago, or if this is the first time you’re doing this, you will attempt to get 10 rounds in under 20 minutes.
Beginner women will use an 8-12 kg kettlebell
Beginner men will use a 14-16 kg bell.
Advanced women will use a 16 kg bell. If 16 kg is too heavy, get a 14 kg (30 lbs)
Advanced men will use a 24 kg bell. If 20 kg’s seems heavy, grab a 20 kg.
Do your 5 minute joint mobility wake up followed by a two round kettlebell warm up.
Here’s the challenge:
Do 10 rounds of the following movements as fast as possible with good form.
- 5 burpees
- 10 snatches 5r/5l or 10 snatch pulls
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
