Tuesday is a continuous conditioning circuit!  Sets of 10 for 10 rounds!

Super simple and efficient.  You will need one spot, one bell, a mat and a cardio option… and GO!

Here is your circuit for 10 Rounds!

  • 10 snatches, snatch pulls, or High pulls from the ground 
  • 10/10 mountain Climbers 
  • 10 Alt. Back lunges 
  • 10/10 Twist or 10 Bulgarian twists 
  • 10 calories or 100JR
