We’ve got a nice challenge for you today.

Get loosey goosey with some joint mobility first!

Do a two round kettlebell circuit.

Today we’ll do 100 reps of each of the following movements.

You can break it up circuit style.

  • Kettlebell snatches 100
  • Push ups 100 (use the rings if you want)
  • Pull ups(use the bands, or ring assisted) 100
  • Sit ups 100
