Sorry for the delay on the post today.

It’s madness here at the gym as we get ready for the Warrior Challenge tomorrow.

Today’s workout is a our team 10,000 meter row, run or ski.

If you are doing this one solo, you will row or run for 500 meters and rest for twice the amount of time it took you to complete the interval.

We recommend 500 meter intervals, but you can do more or less if you want.

The Milkman and Matt did 1,000’s between the two of them this morning.

There will be NO 8am class tomorrow due to the Warrior Challenge.
