Do 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 24 sets (12 minutes) at each couplet.

Find your rep scheme and try to stay with it through out the entire 12 minute set.

For example, if you’re getting 7r/7l on kettlebell snatches, keep that pace going for the entire set.

Couplet 2
  • Ring row
  • push up

Take a 3 minute rest between couplets

Finish with and ab circuit.
