12 Minute Ladder Couplets

Friday is a strength focus! These 12 minute ladder couplets will be done with either kettlebells, dumbbells or body weight.

Each couplet will be set up as a mini AMRAP, so you will alternate between the 2 movements in each couplet.

Take your time and use strict form with each movement. Ladder coupets are our favorite way to get a ton of quality work done in a short amount of time.

Ladder up and repeat for 12 minutes.

Choose either 2,4,6,8,10 (with lighter weight or body weight) or 1,2,3,4,5 (with heavier weight) rep schemes.

Rest 2 minutes between each 12 minute set.

Here are your couplets.

Couplet 1

  • Clean and press or deadlift choice with push-ups
  • Pull ups or row choice

Couplet 2

  • Squat choice
  • Ab choice

Finisher:

Pick 2 cardio choices and alternate between them while laddering up from 2-10 (2,4,6,8,10 calories)
