15/15 strength couplets for Wednesday.

Couplet 1:

15/15 x 5 sets

  • cleans with 1 or 2 kettlebells
  • Push-press with 1 or 2 kettlebells

Rest 1 minute

Couplet 2: 15/15 x 5 sets 

  • Goblet or mace squat
  • Pull-ups

Rest 1 minute

Couplet 3

  • Abs
  • Cardio choice

Rest 1 minute

Part 2

Do all the movements as a 15/15 circuit x 5 rounds NO rest!
