15/15 strength couplets for Wednesday.
Couplet 1:
15/15 x 5 sets
- cleans with 1 or 2 kettlebells
- Push-press with 1 or 2 kettlebells
Rest 1 minute
Couplet 2: 15/15 x 5 sets
- Goblet or mace squat
- Pull-ups
Rest 1 minute
Couplet 3
- Abs
- Cardio choice
Rest 1 minute
Part 2
Do all the movements as a 15/15 circuit x 5 rounds NO rest!
