15 Minute Challenges

Hey Training Room family!

We have a few important things going on.

  1. The Warrior Challenge is September 8 and beach workouts for this start on July 8. If you want to participate in the beach workouts, you first need to sign up for the Warrior Challenge and raise at least $200 for Task Force Dagger.
  2. FRC mobility follow up seminar is July 8 as well and is FREE to members. Sign up here.
  3. Brian will be having a kids running progam starting after July 4. Stay tuned for info.
  4. Beach workouts with Ashey in Avon will begin Jul 2. We need at least 12 people to commit to this to make it happen.

Wednesday is a challenge day…

Here’s what we’re doing.

Do this for 15 minutes:

  • 400 meter row or run
  • 30 yard crawl
  • 20 swings
  • 10 burpees

Rest 3 minutes

Then do this for 15 minutes

  • 400 meters bike or ski
  • 30 crab toe touches (15/15)
  • 20 high steps
  • 10 1/2 burpess
