Here's what I did today.

For 15 minutes, as many rounds as I could get of:
  • Double kettlebell jerks 5 reps (24kg's)
  • Dead hang body weight pull ups 5 

14 total rounds in 15 minutes

70 jerks
70 pull ups 

Finished up with 8 rounds of 20 second work/10 seconds rest of
  • kettlebell swings (36kgs)
  • Sledge hammer hits on tire (14 lb sledge)
