Here’s a nice efficient stength and conditioning workout for the time-challenged like myself.
To increased intensity, I chose the wear a 25lb weight vest to for my weighted box jumps and pull ups.
I did 7 rounds, the next time will shoot for 8.
kettlebell jerks 5/5 w/32kg
Box jumps 10 w/25lb vest
Weigted pullups 5 w/25 lbs
