This was a great Power/endurance workout

Once again, I didn’t have a lot of time to train, and had to bust it out.

The weighted pants work great.  A vest usually gets in the way of pull ups and jerks.

This ended up being 8 rounds total

  • weighted pull ups 5
  • kettlebell jerks (32kgs) 5/5
  • Weighted Box jumps (24″)

The Box jumps got tough towards the end.

I would love to work up to 15 rounds of this workout.
