Try this very efficient workout!

I only had 15 minutes to train yesterday, so here’s what I did:

15 seconds of work /15 seconds rest for 15 minutes using the Gym Boss Timer.

  • Kettlebell snatches R/L (32kg)
  • Sledge hammer hits on the tire R/L (14 lbs)

Here’s what it looked like: Snatch left, sledge hit left, snatch right, sledge hit right.  I averaged 6r/6l on the snatches and 10r/10l on the slege hits.
