It was a quick one today, but had to get it in.
Set the Gym Boss for 15/15 and go!
- Double kettlebell front squats
- Ring pull ups
- See Saw presses
I did this for a 15 minutes non-stop.
For more conditioning, try this 20/20 workout. A watched Jim do this one this morning with a 15 lb weight vest.
- Kettlebell swings
- Ceiling Ball (better then wall ball)
- Snatch R/L
- Burpee/pull up combo
