15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest for 8 minutes at each station.

Perform each movement for 15 seconds with a 15 second rest before
switching sides.  Use a heavy kettlebell.  Take 1 minute rest between
each station.

If you can’t perform a pistol, do an assisted pistol using the
Jungle Gym straps or do a lunge with your back foot elevated on a
box(box lunge).

  1. Snatch L/R
  2. Push press L/R
  3. Pistol or box lunge
  4. Knees to chest and Med ball sit and reach (go back and forth between)
