Here’s a cool little circuit using three movements.  This will take you 20 minutes and will hit just about everything.  All you will need is a kettlebell and a pull ups bar.  Use a heavier then usual bell for this one.  My bell of choice will be 32kg’s.

Set your Gym Boss for 15/15 and go through 10 rounds non-stop of:

  • Kettlebell swings
  • pull ups
  • kettlebell jerk (right)
  • kettlebell jerk (left)

Each movement is performed for 15 seconds with 15 second rest between.
