Don't be deceived by this one!

Set the GymBoss for 15/15 and do 6 rounds of the following movements non-stop.

Switch sides every 15 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds.  In other words, this will be 30 seonds of work with a 15 second rest on each movement.

  • kettlebell swings R/L
  • kettlebell push press R/L
  • Kettlebell snatch R/L
  • Kettlebell front squat R/L
  • Kettlebell one arm row R/L
