Do 5 rounds non-stop 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest of the following movements.

  1. One handed kettlebell swings
  2. One handed kettlebell cleans
  3. One handed kettlebell snatches
  4. One handed kettlebell push presses
  5. One hand row

Switch hands every 15 seconds and rest for 15 seconds.  Try to keep your reps consistent with each round!
