15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 15 minutes
Use a heavy bell!
Snatch right for 15 seconds, rest 15 seconds, do pull ups for 15 seconds, rest 15 seconds, snatch left for 15 seonds, rest 15 seconds…………
Be consistant with your reps with each interval, do not go to complete muscle fatique, decrease your reps it needed.
