2 Conditioning Circuits

Thursday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room and these 2 conditioning circuits will be done stationary.

You will need minimal equipment for this fun and extremely effective heart pounding session!

Bring this one out into the courtyard or stay inside if that’s your thing.

Either way, work your hardest.

Keep it simple, or jazz it up.

Equipment that can be used (some optional)

  • Kettlebell
  • Mat
  • Jump rope (optional)
  • Slam ball (optional)
  • Sledge hammer (optional)
  • Sliders (optional)
  • Bulgarian bag (optional)

Intervals will be 30/30/30/30/30/30 non-stop!

Double circuit: x 4 rounds of each circuit.

Circuit 1: 30 seconds of each movement non-stop

  • High pull
  • Mountain climbers
  • Drop squat, air squat
  • 1/2 burpee or push-ups
  • Bicycles
  • Jumping jacks

Circuit 2: 30 seconds of each movement non-stop

  • Skaters
  • Squat thrust or slam, sledge
  • Twist choice
  • Back lunges or box step ups
  • Sit throughs or shoulder taps
  • Sprint in place or Jump rope

1 min rest between rounds and circuits
