2 Conditioning Circuits

Wednesday is a conditioning focus, so we’ll be bringing you these 2 heart pounding conditioning circuits.

Intervals will be set a 40/20 x 4 rounds of each circuit

Circuit 1

  • Jump pulls
  • Knee tucks or 1/2 burpees
  • Drop or air squats
  • Bike

Rest 2 minutes

Circuit 2

  • Ski or versa climber
  • Lateral steps (skaters, step overs, agilities)
  • Dumbell push press
  • Swings
