This years event will be 2 person and solo competetors only.

Tuesdays Double Conditioning Workout

Revving it up on Tuesday with some much needed conditioning.

We will be doing 2 separate conditioning circuits to get you all charged up!

Let’s go right to the workout…

Circuit A will look like this….

40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest for 3 rounds
  1. Skaters or lateral step overs
  2. Slams, squat thrust
  3. Jump rope, jacks or low impact cardio (ski, row)
  4. Body weight squat options
  5. Med ball twist or Bulgarian bag

Circuit B: 40 seconds of work with a 20 second rest for 3 rounds

  • quick steps or agilities
  • Battle ropes or Inertia wave
  • Bike or run
  • Swings, jumps, hinges
  • crawl or shoulder taps

Rest 1 minute between each round.
