Monday’s Conditioning Workout:
2 Minute Torture!
You’ll do a nice long warm up so you are READY for this quick efficient cardio blaster!
It’s only 20 minutes, and you shouldn’t need a finisher of any kind if you go hard enough… maybe a nice long cooldown is in order!
Set the Clock for 2 Minute Intervals.
At the beginning of each 2 Minutes you will complete…
- 5 burpees
- 10 snatch, clean, or high pull
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 swings, squats, or JJs
Complete this for a total of 10 rounds!
