2 Minutes on Friday
Friday is a conditioning day and why not go right into it with some old school 2 minute!
We’ll be going with our signature 2 minute torture challenge.
The warm up for this will be fairly long. (3 round stationary with a light to moderate weight kettlebell)
On the 2 minute mark, complete the following for 10 rounds.
- 5 Burpees, squat thrust or 10 slam ball
- 5/5 cleans, snatches or 10 high pulls
- 15 Mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings or body weight squats
