20/20 Strength

Friday is a strength focus so, we’ve got a 20/20 strength session lined up.

FYI, there WILL be a 5 AM class tomorrow.

This one will be done as 6 continuous sets of each movement with a 1:30 rest between each set of 6.

Here’s what it looks like:

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 6 sets at of each movement.

Alternating between right and left side.

Complete 6 sets of the exercise before moving on to the next one.

Take 1:30 rest

Movements

  • Split squats R/L
  • Floor press R/L
  • Kettlebell row R/L or single arm ring row R/L

Finisher:

20/10 x 6 rounds

  • Ab choice
  • Cardio choice
