Today we’ll be in NYC getting interviewed by Shelly Sonstein of Q 104.3 classic rock station for the third year in a row.

Shelly is a huge supporter of the US Military and is always happy to promote the Warrior Challenge for us.

Today we’ll be doing a nice kettlebell and body weight couplet workout using the 15/15 format.’

You will have your choice between double or singles.

Do your joint mobility and a two round kettlebell warm up.

Couplet 1: 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 minutes:

  • Kettlebell clean and press r/l (alternate each time) or double kettlebell clean and press

To really challenge yourself, use the double kettlebell option.  To challenge yourself even more, hold the bells in the rack during the 15 second rest period

Take a 1-2 minute rest and move on the the next couplet.

Couplet 2: 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 10 minutes:

  • Ring rows
  • walkouts or suspended knees to chest


Bottom to bottom Tabata squats: 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest for 6 rounds of fun!
