It looks like another great day here, but aren’t they all?
We’re gunna crush the conditioning today.
We had another great day out in the woods yesterday on our mountain bikes. If you want to join us, just show up at the trails on Hospital Rd and be ready to charge it hard. We’ve got a nice group forming and things are starting to evolve.
Today’s workout
Warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 2 rounds of the following.
- Ring rows
- air squats
- push ups/half burpees on the second round
- kettlebell swings
- med ball thrusters
- rower or 20 yard shuttle
- Jumping jacks
Couplets: do 20,15,10,5 reps of each couplet as fast as possible. Complete one couplet before moving on to the next one.
Couplet 1:
- Row(calories) or shuttle runs(20 yards=1 rep)
- Slam ball or sledge hammer hits
Couplet 2:
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Burpees
Couplet 3:
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- Med ball or kettlebell thrusters
