  • 15 kettlebell swings 
  • 10 kettlebell jerks 5/5
  • 5 pull ups

I used the 32 kg bell for both swings and jerks

Swings: 165
Jerks: 110
pull ups: 55

I love these efficient density workouts.  They are a great combo of strength and conditioning.
