Get as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
- 15 kettlebell swings
- 10 kettlebell jerks 5/5
- 5 pull ups
I used the 32 kg bell for both swings and jerks
11 rounds total
Swings: 165
Jerks: 110
pull ups: 55
