Happy Saturday!

Looks like it will be a nice weekend here at the Jersey Shore. Although, every day is a nice day.

Today’s workout can be done with a partner or solo. If you are going solo, you can break it up into 10 sets of 10 for a total of 100 reps of each movement.

Advanced solo, and partners will finish each 200 rep set before moving on to the next one.

  • Rower (calories)
  • squat thrusts
  • Box jumps or kettlebell swings
  • Assisted pull ups/ring pull ups or kipping pull ups
  • V-sits
