2010 Conditioning Triplets

Thursday is a conditioning day…

Here are your 2010 conditioning triplets:

Triplet 1: 20/10 x 9 rounds

  • Jumping jacks or jump rope
  • Drop squats
  • 1/2 burpees

REST 1 minute

Triplet 2: 20/10 x 9 rounds

  • High-pulls
  • Mountain climbers
  • skaters or laterals

REST

Triplet 3: 20/10 x 9 rounds

  • Squat thrusts
  • crab toe touches
  • Sprint in place

Repeat this again!
