Warm up with a 2 round circuit warm up.
Complete 8 round of the following couplets (alternate between the movements)
- body weight squat
- dumbbell or kettlebell push press
Rest 2 minutes
- Squat thrust
- kettlebell high pulls
- Kneeling slam ball or mountain climbers
- choice of shuttle run,row,jump rope,air dyne,versa, watt bike or ski
