Don’t forget about open gym this Sunday from 8-10 am.

Here’s the weekend training session that you’ve been waiting for.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Complete 3 rounds of the following triplets.

20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 3 rounds

Take a minute rest between each 3 round triplet

Do the entire thing twice….

BTW, a triplet is three movements put together in alternating fashion.

Triplet 1:  20/10 x 3

  • Swing or snatch
  • squat thrust
  • crab toe or bicycles

Rest 1 minute

Triplet 2: 20/10 x 3

  • Surfers or drop squats
  • Bear crawl
  • v-sits 3

Rest 1 minute

Triplet 3: 20/10 x 3

  • Bike
  • ski
  • row or run

Rest 1 minute

Do the whole thing over again!
