We’ll be picking up the pace.
We’ve got a pretty cool variation of our kettlebell and body weight tabata interval session.
Warm up with a two round kettlebell and body weight warm up.
Go through the movements working for 20 seconds and static holding on the 10 second rest.
If you feel that your static holds are getting ugly, then just use the rest and shake it out.
Do 5 rounds of the following with a minute rest between each round.
One round= 4 minutes
- air squat
- hold
- air squat
- hold
- push ups
- hold plank
- Push ups
- hold plank
- clean right
- hold rack
- clean left
- hold rack
- push-press
- overhead hold
- push-press
- overhead hold
Rest 1 minute and repeat 4 more times!
