The Kettlebells are in the courtyard and they’re calling your name!
Today’s workout will be done with one kettlebell.
You’ll warm up with a lighter bell on your first warm up round then move to a little heavier on your second warm up round.
Six Minute Kettlebell Circuit:
Do one minute of each movement, switching sides every 30 seconds, and go non stop for 6 minutes.
Take one minute rest between rounds and do four rounds of this circuit:
- Kettlebell swings r/l
- Kettlebell cleans r/l
- Kettlebell push press r/l
- Kettlebell front squat r/l
- Kettlebell one arm row r/l
- Walkouts or plank
Tomorrows class will be at 7:30!
