Monday is strength day.
To keep this efficient, we will set the clock at 25 minutes.
Try to get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes.
Go as heavy as possible (you should get 5 rounds)
Here are the movements:
- One arm kettlebell swings 5/5
- Push ups 10 (any type)
- Kettlebell cleans 5/5
- Presses 5/5
- Squats 5/5 or goblet squats 10
- One arm rows 5/5
- Walkouts or power wheel rollouts 5-10 (slow)
