It looks to be another great Monday!
The Warrior Challenge is this coming Saturday and we expect BIG numbers.
For those of you who are not competing, please come out and support the cause.
We can use a little help with registration and set up.
We will start set up at 6am, registration will start at 7, and the event will kick off at 8am.
Today’s workout is another cool variation of the 2 minute torture with a little bonus run or row.
You can also do 25 double unders if your wish.
Get as many round as you can in 25 minutes of:
- 5 burpees
- 5/5 kettlebell snatches
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
- 250 row,run or 25 double unders
Keep track of your rounds, and report back!
