Good morning!
Today we’ll be using one kettlebell and doing a combination of strength and conditioning.
If you are looking for more strength in this workout, you will go though it at a slower pace and take a little more rest between sets.
You can also work up in weight if possible.
If it’s a conditioning sweat fest you want, then charge through this full steam, but make sure not to compromise your form.
Start out as always with a 5 minute joint mobility routine (video library) and a two round kettlebell warm up.
Get as many rounds as you can in 25 minutes of the following movements.
- one handed kettlebell swings 5/5
- push ups, hindu push ups or dips 10
- one handed kettlebell cleans 5/5
- press 5/5
- racked squat 5/5 or goblet squat 10
- ring rows 10 or pull ups 5
- walkouts or power wheel rollouts 5
Have fun, let us know how many rounds you got in and what weight you used.
We’ll soon be adding and additional Saturday class along with a few other additions to the schedule to alleviate over crowding.
We will also be breaking through the wall of this room into the other room to allow more space and increase quality of our training.
Have a great weekend!!
BTW, if you want to go mountain biking tomorrow, I will be hitting the trails around 8am.
