- 10 push ups, Power pushups or Hindu push ups
- 5/5 kettlebell cleans
- 5/5 kettlebell presses, push presses or jerks
- 10 reverse alternate leg lunges
- 5/5 on arm rows or 5 pull ups
- 5 walkouts
