You have THREE 10 Minute Strength Sets!  Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 Minutes:

  • 10 Minute Strength Circuits with 10 Reps or Calories for each exercise

Strength Set #1

  • 10 squat choice
  • 10 pull choice
  • 10 twist choice

Strength Set #2

  • 10 low back choice
  • 10 press choice
  • 10 knee ups or ab choice

Strength Set #3

  • 10 bicep curl choice
  • 10 tricep choice
  • 10 calories,100JR, 50JJs or 100yd run
