Tuesday is for Strength!

You have a choice between Traditional Man Makers, Man Makers 250 OR a Circuit Option (on the beep!)

Let’s Go….

Option #1.

  • 5 Man Makers x 5 Rounds
  • You will alternate the following sequence with a partner (you go, I go)
  • Using Kettlebells or Dumbells (increasing weights every couple of rounds)
    • Push Up
    • 1 arm row
    • Push Up
    • 1 arm row
    • Jump or step to bells
    • Double or single Clean – Squat – Press
    • Repeat 5 times

Option # 2.

  • Man Maker 250 (Solo)
    • Complete 5 man makers
    • 250 cardio
    • x25min AMRAP

Option #3.

  • 30/30 x 5 Round Circuit
    • Ring rows
    • Push-ups
    • Cleans or Deadlifts
    • Squat Press
    • Plank
