You have a choice between Traditional Man Makers, Man Makers 250 OR a Circuit Option (on the beep!)

Option #1.
- 5 Man Makers x 5 Rounds
- You will alternate the following sequence with a partner (you go, I go)
- Using Kettlebells or Dumbells (increasing weights every couple of rounds)
- Push Up
- 1 arm row
- Push Up
- 1 arm row
- Jump or step to bells
- Double or single Clean – Squat – Press
- Repeat 5 times
Option # 2.
- Man Maker 250 (Solo)
- Complete 5 man makers
- 250 cardio
- x25min AMRAP
Option #3.
- 30/30 x 5 Round Circuit
- Ring rows
- Push-ups
- Cleans or Deadlifts
- Squat Press
- Plank
